The AEX Flag All-American Bowl Tournament is the premier national girls flag football experience, bringing together elite middle school and high school female athletes from across the country for a week-long, nationally recognized showcase.

Organized by The All-American Experience Showcase, Inc., the AEX Flag All-American Bowl is built to elevate girls flag football, provide verified national exposure, and create real pathways to collegiate opportunity—on and off the field.

What Is the AEX Flag All-American Bowl?

The AEX Flag All-American Bowl is an invitation-only national event designed to showcase the top 40 girls flag football athletes in the country in a tournament style play. Girls will be selected across the country and placed on designated teams of 10. Games will be played in 5v5 format following NFHS Rules! Game 1: Team 1 v Team 2/ Game 2: Team 3 v Team 4/ Game 3 (3rd place Game) : Team loss of Game 1 and 2/ AEX All-American Championship Game: Team Winners of Games 1 and 2

Athletes are selected through:

Verified evaluations
Competitive performance
Football IQ, leadership, and coachability

This event provides female athletes with:

National recognition

Confidence and leadership training

Coach nominations
National evaluation by AEX staff

Eligibility Pathways

High School athletes may be selected to compete in the Flag All-American Bowl
Middle School athletes may attend combines for:
- National evaluation & recognition
- Top 100 selection
- Future Flag Bowl consideration
