Please complete this form to be considered for the 2025 AEX Rising Stars National Combine. The 2025 AEX Rising Stars National Combine is for players in the 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029 graduating classes. Nominations for the AEX Rising Stars and AEX Flag Rising Stars National Combine will be accepted up until December 1, 2025. Anyone can nominate an athlete for the Rising Stars National Combine. The Selection Committee will review these nominations and, if invited, official invites will be sent out immediately. The 2025 AEX National Combine will take place December 17-18, 2025 in Charlotte, NC.
