The Athlete Experience + Hotel Package combines official AEX All-American Bowl participation, athlete programming, uniforms and apparel, recruiting exposure, media coverage, and a 3-night athlete stay at Legacy Hotel at IMG Academy.
The hotel stay included in this package is specifically for the participating athlete, allowing players to stay and room together during Bowl Week.

Family Lodging
The 3-night hotel stay included in the package is for the participating athlete only.
Parents, guardians, and other family members who travel to Bowl Week will need to reserve and pay for their own accommodations separately.
To help families plan their stay, family lodging must be reserved through the official AEX hotel partner booking link. Families can select from the available partner hotel options that best fit their needs and budget.
This allows the athlete to enjoy the full team lodging experience while parents and family members maintain their own accommodations during Bowl Week.
$499 Deposit & Payment Options
You do not have to pay the full $1,999 at once.
A $499 deposit is required to secure the Athlete Experience + Hotel Package.

$1,500 Remaining Balance ( Can be broken into Payments)
The remaining balance may be paid in full or through available payment options.
Pay the deposit within 72 hours to lock in your athlete's roster spot.
If the 72-hour window passes, the deposit may still be paid; however, the roster spot will no longer be protected and may be offered to another athlete.
All deposits must be received before September 1, 2026.
Registration remains subject to roster availability by position.
