Secure your opportunity to participate in the AEX All-American Bowl!
A $499 deposit is required toward your athlete’s registration.
The deposit must be paid within 72 hours to lock in your athlete’s roster spot.
During the initial 72-hour period, the roster spot will be held for your athlete.
If the deposit is not received within 72 hours, the deposit may still be paid; however, the roster spot will no longer be protected and may be offered to another athlete.
All deposits must be paid before September 1, 2026.
Roster availability is based on position and is not guaranteed after the 72-hour hold period.
The deposit is applied toward the total registration balance.
The remaining balance may be paid in full or through available payment options.
All registration fees must be paid by the applicable final payment deadline.

Hotel accommodations are NOT included in this registration fee.
Athletes and families are responsible for the cost of their lodging.
Athletes may stay at the designated AEX host hotel.
If an athlete does not stay at the host hotel, their lodging must be booked through the official AEX partner hotel booking link. ( Can be accessed AEX Website)
Lodging booked independently outside of the host hotel or official AEX partner hotel booking link does not meet the Bowl Week lodging requirement.
Registration is subject to roster availability by position.
Registration closes once all roster positions have been filled.
Athletes have an initial 72-hour hold period, beginning upon receipt of their official AEX All-American Bowl invitation, to submit the deposit and secure their roster spot. Once the deposit is paid, the athlete’s roster spot is officially locked. If the deposit is not received within the 72-hour hold period, payment may still be submitted; however, the roster spot will no longer be reserved and may be offered to another athlete until the deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid before September 1, 2026.
